Obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science at the University of Alberta

Received acupuncture diploma at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine

TCM herbalist diploma at PCU College of Holistic Medicine. 

Obtained a Cosmetic Acupuncture certificate from expert Dr. Lanying Cui in Chinese acupuncture cosmetology and the certificate in light and laser therapy. 

Michelle comes from a family lineage of Dr. TCM. After she obtained her TCM License, she had a chance to practice TCM with her dad. Due to her exposure to TCM since childhood; Michelle has developed a passion for helping others through a holistic healing approach.

Michelle來自一個台灣中醫世家。在獲得中醫執照後，她有機會與父親一起實踐中醫並得到父親精湛醫術的傳承。由於從小接觸中醫，使她對通過整體療法幫助他人產生了濃厚的興趣

Attended TSTCM (Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine) and OCTCM (Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine) become R. TCMP (registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner) and R.AC (Registered Acupuncturist) in 2013 

Attended McMaster University, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and became Acupuncture Provider in 2010 

Attended the CCMH (Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy) and teaching clinic and became Registered Massage Therapy in 2006 

Member of CMTO, RMTAO, CTCMPAO, CCAA.

Registered Massage Therapist 

Tristan graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and is licensed since 2007. 

Completed the contemporary medical acupuncture program at McMaster University in 2010.

Tristan utilizes the complimentary relationship between disciplines which allows him to incorporate a more balanced approach to his treatments.  Highlights of his experience include sports massage, deep tissue work, joint play, soft tissue release, and kinesiology taping.

Board-certified Chiropractor in both the USA and Canada    

Completed Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2020.

Laxshidan practices in the Greater Toronto Area treating families and athletes 

his passion resides in helping improve the quality of life of those who are ill, preferably without the use of drugs and surgeries. Laxshidan understands that everyone has predisposing illnesses, and some require medications, and so is here to help you co-manage those conditions alongside other healthcare professionals.

Dr. Laxshidan Asokan treats the entire body and educates his patients on how to manage their health to prevent future problems from occurring. Laxshidan's philosophy resides in better understanding his patient's underlying muscular or neurological dysfunction rather than limiting treatment to the area of pain only.
